The General Account Sale Terms of Use.
1. General Account Sale Terms and Conditions
1.1 The General Terms of Account Sales on the website, in the domain https://www.boostmarket.eu (hereinafter referred to as “Boostmarket”), determine the terms of use of the website by Users and User Sellers.

Any declarations of intent between Users, User Sellers and the Service Provider will be communicated in electronic form, which means sending and delivering email, to the email address provided on the registration form.
1.2 BoostMarket manages and operates the website designed for the purchase of digital services, such as Boosting & Coaching in games: League of Legends, TFT & Valorant, as well as Selling accounts of the game League of Legends (hereinafter referred to as "LOL"), offered by Service & User Sellers on the site or any site subdomains.
1.3 The Website is an online platform where users may engage in transactions with each other.
1.4 BoostMarket does not purchase digital content, including League of Legends accounts, from Sellers or User Sellers and does not resell them to Users.
1.5 The Service Provider reserves the right to provide the sale of Virtual Goods (League of Legends accounts).
1.6 The Service Provider reserves the right to approve or disapprove requests of Virtual Good sales by the User Sellers (League of Legends Accounts)
1.7 The Service Provider will inform the User Seller about the approval or disapproval through e-mail connected to his selling profile.
1.8 The Service Provider reserves the right to approve or disapprove requests about editing information of the Virtual Good (League of Legends Account) owned by the User Seller.
1.9 The Service provider reserves the right to input service fees on the account offered by the User Sellers on the website.
1.10 The Service provider will apply the following fees:
User Sellers: 15% fee on every account sell.
Verified Selleres: 10% fee on every account sell.
No minimum fee is applied.
1.11 The Service provider reserves the right to remove the Virtual Good (League of Legends Account) at any time.
1.12 The Service provider reserves the right to freeze the amount of money paid to the Selling User (the same amount he wished to sell the account, excluding the addition fees) for seven days after the transaction was compromised.
1.13 The Selling Users is obliged to confirm that he complies with the Terms of Service, Seller Agreement and that he did not use the account for at least seven days, if the Selling User won’t fulfill the obligations or provide false information, the Service Provider reserve the right to freeze the money or file a claim to retrieve the money back.
1.14 The Selling User has the right to withdraw the money after the freeze period expires.
1.15 You, the User Seller accept that if you claim the account back after the Virtual Good (League of Legends Account) was transferred to its new owner (customer), you are in direct breach of Boostmarket.eu Terms of Account Sales use, and legally bound to either give the account back to the customer or pay back the same amount in addition to a fee determined by Boostmarket.eu, no less than 50,00 Euro and no more than three times the original amount if the order placed cost more than 50 Euro. Should you fail to abide by either option, you, the User Seller, accept full liability in a court of law as determined by the European Laws.
1.16 You, the User Seller, accept that if you claim the account back after the Virtual Good (League of Legends Account) was transferred to its new owner (customer), your bill will be sent to a debt collector agency and you also accept that you will have to pay the extra fees to cover both debt collectors agency and any other unforeseen costs because of your chargeback.
2. Definitions and Interpretation
2.1 Account - an account for the user on the website, when activated the user has full capability and functionality of the service offered on the site.
2.2 Digital services - non-physical services, created on the basis User individual choice or decision. BoostMarket enables three different types of digital services: Boosting, Coaching & League of Legends Accounts.
2.3 Digital goods - non-physical goods, created on the basis User individual choice or decision. BoostMarket enables the following types of digital products: League of Legends accounts.
2.4 User - any individual who is eligible to compromise transactions (buy digital services) on the website.
2.5 User Seller - an entrepreneur or individual, who is not a company, who sells digital content, including the digital services and goods such as Boosting, Coaching, Account Selling, to users via website platform. The User seller may also purchase products from other Selling Users via the website
2.6 Subscriber - any person who can sign in to BoostMarket newsletter.
2.7 Service Provider - BoostMarket LTD which has a registered office in Ul. "Mitropolit Boris" 17, 2700 Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
2.8 Account Marketplace - (hereinafter referred to as "Selling Account"), is a virtual good, based on the subject where Service Provider & User Sellers can sell League of Legends Accounts. BoostMarket enables the ability to sell League of Legends accounts on all servers (North America, Europe West, Europe Nordic & East, Brazil, Latin America, Russia, Turkey & Oceania). BoostMarket does not own League of Legends accounts. The accounts are provided by User Seller.
3. Applicability And Acceptance Of The General Account Sales Terms And Conditions Of The Website
3.1 The User and the Seller hereby agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
3.2 Users that unable to express a legally binding agreement with BoostMarket and those which are prohibited from using Services, due to country regulations or regional regulations are asked to refrain from using the service. The user who purchases on the website confirms that he or she is at least eighteen (18) years old, or reached another age, which will allow him or her to express legally binding agreements. If the user act for and on behalf of a third party person, each asserts that he’s authorized to conduct legally binding agreements for and on behalf of such person.
3.3 BoostMarket reserves the right to make any changes and modifications to the General Account Sale Terms and Sales Conditions, including adding new regulations and deleting previous one, which can be done through promulgation on the Account Sale Terms and Conditions on the website. New regulations and modifications to the General Account Sale Terms and Conditions will come to the effect automatically two (2) days after their promulgation of the website. It is the sole responsibility of the aforementioned to pay close attention to any alterations, changes, removals or additions to the clauses and rules written in the terms and conditions. By purchasing any service that BoostMarket enables, Users and Users Sellers automatically agree to the terms and conditions as a whole.
3.4 Meanwhile, using any services or contacting BoostMarket, the User, the User Seller, the Booster & the Coach communicates with BoostMarket electronically. BoostMarket communicates with the mentioned parties by e-mail or by live chat on the website, as well as different distributors through their communication channels.
4. Registration Form, User Account and Selling User Account
4.1 To set up the account, the user is obliged to register by filling in the registration form available on the site. During that process, the user is obligated to provide the username, e-mail address and optional information such as the Email and the Discord ID. Before the registration, the user has an ability and availability to become familiar with service descriptions, the General Account Sale Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
4.2 A User or a User Seller, does NOT have the option to buy a Service as a Guest, without registration. In order to purchase a Service from the Service Provider, he or she expresses his or her implied consent to create an account on the website.
4.4 If the User wants to sell products through the website, he or she will be obligated to fill additional information located on his profile. The user will be compelled to provide the following details in “Edit Profile”: His or her current name and surname, select his or her withdrawal method and provide correct withdrawal information. BoostMarket is not responsible for any damages or losses if the User Seller will provide false or incorrect information such as Bank Account, Paypal account information etc.
4.5 BoostMarket reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Selling User's account. If a Selling User's account is suspended or removed and there is a balance that remains on the account, BoostMarket can freeze or remove this balance due to breaching General Account Sales Terms and Conditions of the Service Provider. More information about breach of General Account Sales Terms and Conditions might be found in the following regulations at chapter 10, paragraphs 10.1 and 10.2. BoostMarket reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Selling User’s account if the User Seller creates situations that might be reflected as possible of violation of the company interests.
5. Purchases on the Marketplace
5.1 The Customer can purchase Virtual Services (Boosting & Coaching) and Virtual Goods (Accounts) through the website. The customer needs to accept the General Account Sales Terms and Conditions of the BoostMarket.eu website and General Terms and Conditions before the purchase.
5.2 The Customer can purchase products listed above only as a Registered User (a registered member of the website - before he makes a purchase).
5.3 The Customers are the persons, who want to purchase the following services and goods: Accounts of the game League of Legends. The execution of the listed services and goods is made on the basis agreement between Users, User Sellers and the Service Provider.
5.4 If the Customer purchases a League of Legends account, he’s not obligated to provide any information. After the purchase, the Customer will receive in return the account credentials, such as Account's Username, Account's Password, Account's Email and Account's Email Password, of the newly purchased account on the website.
5.5 After the purchase of a Virtual Good (Account), the customer is not obligated to provide any additional information. The customer will receive an email with the account credentials and he will gain access to a specified area on his profile (Dashboard -> My Accounts), where he will receive the account credentials of the purchased products.
6. Order Process, Customers, Service Provider, Selling User Obligations and Service Rights
6.1 The agreement between the customer and Service Provider is valid until the Virtual Good (Account) is transferred to the new owner.
6.2 If the customer purchased a League of Legends account, the agreement is valid until the account warranty period will expire.
6.3 The agreement between the Customer and Service Provider, may be terminated by The Service Provider if the customer's breach the following General Account Sales Terms and Conditions of the BoostMmarket.eu website.
6.4 If the Service Provider terminates the agreement, unused credit will be deducted as an administration fee.
6.5 Account Warranty: Warranty will take a specific amount of time, depending on the account type.
- the account with a botted account label, apply 14 days warranty period.
- the account with the handleveled label, extend your warranty to the 30 days period.
The warranty will be applicable after the successful payment.
6.6 The buyer can extend the warranty period to lifetime by paying 20% fixed fee based on the account price.
6.7 The Service Provider is not liable for the usage of the account after the protection period expires.
6.8 The Service Provider warranty covers only the normal usage of the account. The Service Provider is not liable for any actions that exceed the normal usage of the account.
6.9 If the customer loses access to the purchased League of Legends account without his fault and knowledge during the warranty period, The Service Provider will guarantee the customer the same or a similar account within ten (10) working days from the moment of notification of this event.
6.10 The customer is required to change the game account password & email after purchasing a new account. We are not responsible if the account password is not changed purchase.
6.11 The Virtual Goods (League of Legends Account) transfer will be completed once the Service Provider will deliver to the buyer valid account credentials and no complaint will be filled.
7. Refund and Chargeback Policy in Accounts Sales
7.1 You, the customer, accept that once you have purchased a Virtual Good (LOL Account) and you received the account credentials of the purchased account, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. If the account credentials are not valid, you have the right to store your unused credit. The Service Provider cannot terminate your remaining credit.
7.2 You, the customer, accept that if you open a claim after the order has gone through or the service has started or been completed, you are in direct breach of Boostmarket.eu's terms of use, and legally bound to either close the claim or pay back the same amount in addition to a fee determined by Boostmarket.eu, no less than 100,00 Euro and no more than three times the original amount if the order placed cost more than 100,00 Euro. Should you fail to abide by either option, you, the customer, accept full liability in a court of law as determined by the European Laws.
7.3 The customer is eligible to request a refund for a Virtual Good (LOL Account) within 48 hours after the purchase; this applies to situations where the Service Provider hasn't provided the account credentials of the purchased account. The Customer can issue a refund by submitting an inquiry in the contact form, contacting us through the live chat or by opening a ticket throug Discord support system.
7.4 You, the customer, accept that if you request a refund, the Service Provider will transfer the payment provider fee to your responsibility.
7.5 After the Customer requests a refund; the Service Provider proceeds the following refund within 14 days after submitting the request.
7.6 The customer is eligible to request a refund for a Virtual Good (LOL Account) after 14 days from the date of the purchase, this applies to situations when the Service Provider hasn’t provided the account credentials. The Customer can issue a refund by submitting an inquiry in the contact form, contacting us through the live chat or by opening a ticket throug Discord support system.
8. Payments
8.1 You can pay for the services using the following methods: Stripe & Paypal. Soon more payment methods will be added.
8.2 All the payment fees are on the Service Provider's side.
8.3 The Service Provider is not responsible for Customer's failed or rejected payment from the Provider's Payment system.
8.4 The cooperating service providers of Βoostmarket are obliged to deliver the necessary payment details to make their payment possible. Otherwise, and without BoostMarket's fault, the payment is not feasible.
8.5 Payments that were not made for any reason, are not canceled under any circumstances, but carried over to the next payment period. All payments are made, based on article 10.7.
8.6 The cooperating service providers of Βoostmarket are obliged to complete their payment details at their account's profile.
8.7 Payments are made strictly every 15 calendar days. Οn the 15th and 30th of each month.
9. Complaints
9.1 The customer has the right to complain about the service he purchased.
9.2 The customer can sent a complaint if the Account is not provided or wasn't provided as described.
9.3 If the customer wants to sent a complaint, he/she should follow the following steps:
9.3.1 Go to the website Boostmarket.eu
9.3.2 Go to the "Contact 24/7" Tab located in the right top corner.
9.3.3 Submit an inquiry with the heading "Complain", describing what was wrong or wasn't provided as described.
9.4 All complaints will be answered within 14 days, after the date of the complaint was received.
9.5 Ιf our staff investigates and determines that the customer's issue is not valid, then the issue will be closed permanently.
9.6 Ιf our staff investigates and determines that the customer's issue is fair, then the issue will be escalated to Moderatos or/and Administrator for further actions.
9.7 If we don't resolve the complaint, it doesn’t mean that we agreed with the customer.
10. Termination of Website Use
10.1 The Service Provider may terminate your usage of the website without notifying you, if you make an Illegal usage of the Website.
10.2 The Service Provider might especially terminate your usage of the website if:
- User breach the General Terms and Conditions of the Boostmarket.eu Website,
- User upload illegal Data,
- User release Personal Data of other Users,
- User violate the terms of use of the Account,
- User activity might be reflected as possible of violation of the companies interest’s and fame.
